The City of North Augusta is requesting Sealed Bids from qualified Bidders to provide  Wastewater Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation services. Bids will be received by the Department of Public Services located at 61 Claypit Road North Augusta, SC 29841, until 9:30 AM on Monday October 13, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be opened and read publicly aloud. No Bids will be accepted after the date/time stated within this request for Bids.

Scope of Work

The work to be done consists of furnishing all material, equipment and labor necessary to CIPP structurally rehabilitate approximately 8,053 linear feet of 15-inch vitrified clay pipe. The project includes pipe cleaning, CCTV pipe inspections, temporary bypass pumping, and associated work in accordance with the Specifications and Standard General Conditions of the Construction Contract Documents.
