APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Contractor shall provide subscription-based access to a mature, commercially available visual analytics software capability designed to support a range of visual analytic workflows. This action is a brand-name or equivelent acquisition for i2 Analyst’s Notebook. The Government requires i2 Analyst’s Notebook to meet its minimum requirements for a dedicated link analysis and visualization capability installed on Government devices, including native link/relationship charting, structured analytic object management, time-oriented views, and exportable analytic products without custom development or enterprise platform implementation. The solution shall provide data visualization and relationship-analysis features that enable Agency analysts to efficiently structure, visualize, and analyze complex information without reliance on manual chart construction using general office productivity tools. The solution shall support analyst-driven creation and maintenance of standardized analytical objects (e.g., entities, relationships, events, attributes, and source references), enabling consistent, repeatable, and updateable visual analytic products over time. The solution shall enable relationship-driven, trend-based, and time-oriented analysis (e.g., link analysis, timelines, and other visual analytic views) to reduce manual workflows and improve analytic rigor and consistency.
