Redevelopment of Sain Building Site – 18 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY 10956

The purpose of this request for proposal is to receive proposals from firms for the redevelopment of real property known as the Sain Building site (“Sain site”), located at 18 New Hempstead Road, New City, NY in the Town of Clarkstown. The County is seeking proposals to redevelop the site for mixed-use and mixed-income housing, with an emphasis on workforce and affordable dwelling units. Proposals should strategically incorporate housing affordability with viable commercial endeavors.
