Disposition of Interest in Real Property and Redevelopment of the property at
925 Massachusetts Avenue
RFP # FY27-TM-RFP-01
The Town of Lunenburg seeks proposals for the disposition of the property located at 925 Massachusetts Avenue. The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals to redevelop the site either by renovation of the existing building or construction of a new building. This redevelopment will contribute to the goals of the Town to promote economic development within the Town Center.
The Town anticipates disposition by sale to a qualified and responsible development team meeting the criteria in this RFP. The purchase will be contingent upon the satisfaction of conditions to be specified in a Land Development Agreement (“LDA”) to be entered into by the Town and the Developer.
The Town will select a proposer with the most advantageous development concept or purchase proposal that addresses the needs and goals of the Town of Lunenburg.
