Phase 2 HVAC and Electrical Upgrades to Solanco High School

BID REQUEST Solanco School District, Quarryville, Lancaster County, PA will receive sealed bids for Phase 2 HVAC and Electrical Upgrades to Solanco High School. Bids will be received until October 24, 2024, at 4:00 p.m., prevailing time. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked as Mechanical Bid or Electrical Bid for Phase 2 HVAC and Electrical Upgrades to Solanco High School and delivered to the Solanco School District Business Office, 121 South Hess Street, Quarryville, PA 17566. The bid opening will take place on October 24, 2024, at 4:00 pm at the Solanco School District Administrative Office. The bids will be publicly read. Electronic Bidding Documents may be secured by bona-fide bidders on or after September 23, 2024. All bidders are required to obtain Bid Documents through Moore Engineering Company or their bids may be rejected. Bidders shall send a request to Moore Engineering Company, 3637 Columbia Avenue, Lancaster, PA 17603 (717-285-3141). Once the request is received and the bidder form is completed, the electronic Bid Documents will be forwarded via email. Solanco School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept or reject any parts thereof, or items therein, and to waive any defects or irregularities in bids and bid securities, and to make the award that is determined to be in the best interest of the District.
