The City of Holyoke is preparing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the long-term operations and maintenance of Holyoke wastewater treatment plant, collection system, stormwater system, CSO, flood control systems, and an industrial pretreatment program. In order to produce the best possible RFP, the City is soliciting likely proposers and other interested parties to submit their thoughts and suggestions for the generation of an RFP that will result in the optimal operation of a system as described above no later than Thursday, December 5, 2024 by 4:00 PM EST. The City anticipates the formal RFP to be issued in mid-January 2025 with a contract start date of September 30, 2025.
