Great Rivers Greenway (Developer) is soliciting electronic bids via Bid Express for Federal Project Number TAP-9901(688) GRG Bid Number 2026-001-308S Brickline Greenway: North Connector Phase 2, Spring Ave between Page and Washington (308S) in St. Louis City, Missouri. This project is partially funded by federal funding and must comply with all applicable requirements of MoDOT’s Local Public Agency regulations
