Vendor Service Contract for Furnishing and Installation of Valve Actuators

For this bid, the City of Milwaukee is using a Bonfire portal for accepting and evaluating proposals digitally.

Important Notes:

The City's Living Wage Ordinance applies to this bid. The "Affidavit of Compliance with Living Wage Provision" must be submitted with the bid.

The awarded Contractor will be required to submit proof of Insurance. Please refer to the Insurance Requirments section on the Invitation to Bid form.

The mandatory on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 8:00 AM CT at:

All interested bidders must attend this meeting in order to bid.
