LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the undersigned Clerk of Council of the City of Highland Heights, Ohio, at the City Hall, 5827 Highland Road, Highland Heights, Ohio 44143, until 10:00 AM, Thursday, September 10, 2026, for the 2026 Kenbridge Sewer improvement Project.

Construction Estimate; $270,000.00

The specifications on which each bid should be based, including the requirements for each, can be obtained from the office of the City Engineer, Stephen Hovancsek & Associates, Inc., Two Merit Dr., Richmond Heights, Ohio 44143, (216) 731-6255. A set of plans shall cost $200.00, non-refundable (Payable to Stephen Hovancsek and Associates).
