Description: 1. Repair of all masonry brick façade along the Main Building (G) exterior and replacement of five windows in the Paint Shop. 2. Replacement of existing unit heaters with new unit heaters and new associated wiring. 3. Repair of the driveway outside of track 40, improvements of drainage along the driveway, and installation of new and disposal of old portions of Track 40 . This is an A+B Contract
