GSA is seeking 29,717 ABOA, 34,175 RSF of office space in Queens, NY for an eleven (11) month term. The following requirements must be met:
- The office space must be on or next to JFK International Airport. See attachment for the approved delineated area.
- The office building must be able to provide 14 surface level parking spaces for Government use. See attachment for the approved delineated area.
- The offered space must meet the Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
