This bench concept connects applicants to service providers best suited in terms of proximity, workload capacity, and readiness. By establishing a bench of providers, each with distinct capacities, service areas, and local expertise, we ensure that our program remains flexible, efficient, and capable of meeting the needs of our communities. The selected providers will be tasked with locating and uncovering septic tanks, conducting pump-outs, and disposing of the contents while reporting activities to RVARC.
