York County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for the development of comprehensive Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Implementation Plans (Plans) for the unincorporated portions of the Steele Creek and Tools Fork Watersheds. Adoption of the Plans is intended to fulfill the requirements of the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) National Pollutant Discharge System (NPDES) General Permit for Storm Water Discharges from Regulated Separate Storm Sewer Systems
