REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

City of Claremont NH

The City of Claremont is seeking consultant services to provide market analysis, recruitment strategy and branding focused on the cultural identity of Claremont’s downtown business districts.

Project Overview

The City of Claremont has received a USDA Rural Business Development Grant to fund, in part, consulting services for business recruitment and retention strategy development focused on its historic city center. This work will utilize market research recently conducted for the Sugar River EPA Multipurpose project and expand its scope into a business district plan to include market analysis, business district branding, and recruitment strategies.

Submit four copies of Qualification Statements no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 to: Yoshi Manale, City Manager’s Office, 58 Opera House Square, Claremont, NH 03743. Submittals should be clearly marked “Claremont Business Innovation Downtown Program – City of Claremont NH”. The City of Claremont reserves the right to reject any and all Qualification Statements.
