RFP #25-293 Hampstead Annex Audio Visual System

Pender County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide an assessment of current audio-visual systems at the Hampstead Annex and design/ planning/installation for new audio and video equipment. Training must be provided and options for ongoing support/ maintenance should be included in proposals. A walk thru of the facility will be provided on December 2nd, 2024, at 10am. There will not be a formal opening. MWBE or HUB certified firms are encouraged to participate. Pender County reserves the right to waive formalities and interview responding firms, and to reject any or all responses.
