The State of Minnesota, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase two-year professional membership with the Minnesota Performance Excellence Network (MN-PEN).
MN-PEN advances improvement and performance excellence. They identify strengths and improvement opportunities and build networks that bring information, resources, knowledge, and best practices to organizations, individuals, and communities desiring to improve.
Trainings, sessions and conferences are part of the premium membership.
It was determined that these services are only available through the Minnesota Performance Excellence Network at a State-wide level, and no other provider is reasonably available for such services that meet the Agency’s business needs.
