Invitation for Quotes (IFQ) 09-004-26 - Replace HVAC Fuels H12

The project on behalf of Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Air National Guard requires replacement of a ceiling mounted fan coil unit and associated components inside the Fuels area located in JBER, AK. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this IFQ.

Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact Esteban Acevedo by phone at 907-552-0086 or via email at esteban.acevedo@us.af.mil one (1) day prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass. Additional Information on the Site Visit can be found in the attached IFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Quote Submittal. Current deadline for receipt of quote submittals in response to the subject IFQ is 2:00 P.M. Alaska time on September 19, 2025. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached IFQ. Late offers will be rejected.
