Term Contract for Asbestos, Lead Paint, Mold & Water Remediation, Disaster Recovery and Clean Up Services

Seminole County Government intends to purchase under this RFP, asbestos, lead paint, mold and water remediation, disaster recovery and clean up services, as needed for all government sites located throughout Seminole County. The need exists to have a proper source that is responsive, qualified, and readily available to meet Seminole County Government needs and requirements with minimum delay in service. All potential proposers, who wish to be considered for all contract(s) for these services must fulfill the requirements as listed herein.

The Contractor shall provide qualified remediation services, service vehicle(s), tools and equipment necessary, the necessary number of servicemen, supervisor and helpers, depending upon size of services needed to complete a successful remediation project. Contractor(s) will be contacted on a routine or emergency basis for services described herein. *This Contract will be awarded to multiple vendors; it will be quoted out. All items must be bid to be considered.
