The AFLCMC/GB has a requirement for a Contractor to provide labor and material to install a new full audio and visual system within Building 892 Conference Room 120B. This includes a new display, Audio Visual (AV) Bar, sound masking solution, and control processing. The Contractor must ensure ALL components are compatible and function with Microsoft TEAMs and other US government defined teleconference software on a secure network.
The contractor shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision, and materials specified in this Statement of Requirement (SOR). All work is to be performed in accordance with this specification.
