This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 4, to provide VISN 4 VISN-wide Laboratory CPRR Instrumentation - Urinalysis - Chemistry. This is a requirement for Nine (9), VISN-04, VA Medical Center facilities throughout Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. The full solicitation will be posted on the Contract Opportunities website at www.sam.gov on or about July 02, 2025. The full solicitation will be Full and Open Market Competition with no set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this procurement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory, Instrument Manufacturing the size standard is 1000 Employees.
Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on this site. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments.
