Project Location 20 South Davies Rd, Lake Stevens, WA 98258.
The project consists of the decking replacement, select timber member replacement, adding timber joists,
and other minor construction to accomplish the replacement. Elements of the project include
mobilization, demolition and disposal of existing decking, installation of select timber members, and
installation of a combination of grating and timber decking.

Disclaimer The City of Lake Stevens reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any immaterial
irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour
set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of sixty

Title VI Statement The City of Lake Stevens, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78
Stat.252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4, Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation,
