DATE OF NOTICE – 13 MAY 2025 – 23 MAY 2025
Synopsis: Smyrna VTS Dining Facility DFAC SOURCES SOUGHT: The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Business sources interested in performance of DFAC Dining Services located at the Smyrna VTS Dining Facility. This notice is for planning purposes. All interested parties should respond by submitting the Sources Sought Information requested including the Form by 23 MAY 1:00PM Central Time. Tennessee National Guard may issue one solicitation and one award for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation/award is subject to the Randolph Shepherd Act https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCODE-2011-title20/html/USCODE-2011-title20-chap6A.htm and Ability One https://www.abilityone.gov/ . Period of Performance (POP)is expected to be one Base year (yr) and 9-one yr. options. All interested parties will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a contractor no later than 23 MAY 1:00PM Central Time. This notification, which shall not exceed up to Five (5) PDF/Word pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to propose as the contractor, and a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (attached) and a listing of projects completed by the company during the past five(5) years, both for government and private industry projects. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location of project, Point of Contact (POC), and POC email are to be included. (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish this requirement. Information shall be provided via email to: rhondal.m.lien.civ@army.mil. Include the following in the subject line- Sources Sought W912L7-25-R-0004 Use Email only. No facsimile responses will be honored.
