Bidders shall be required to provide a Bid Bond, a Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Bond.
All Bidders shall submit their list of subcontractors within 48 hours of Bid submission to the Washington County Purchasing Department. No change or deviation from this list shall be allowed except as determined by the Owner or the Owner’s Representative.
A site tour will be held immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference.
