Description:
Remove and dispose of the roof system including gutters, downspouts, flashings and sheet metal trim down to the existing wood deck and provide 1/2" plywood overlay over the existing wood decking. Provide self-adhered underlayment and standing seam metal roof panel system along with gutters, downspouts, flashings, trim and accessories. Provide a complete, weathertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly.
