Replacement of the existing Fire Pump Controller with a new soft start type as specified by the Fire Protection Engineer. Replacement of the normal and emergency generator wiring to the controller. All Other equipment and sprinkler system in the building including the existing emergency generator, fuel tank and fire pump are to remain. Bidders shall submit bids in accordance with Hand Delivery or Mail Service only.
