This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice. This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ).
Luke AFB intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract to replace three marquee signs. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 5 days after the synopsis notification. Award of the contract will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price meeting or exceeding the aceeptability standards to be outlined in the Solicitation.
