This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (“RFB”) or Request for Proposal (“RFP”).
The Minnesota State Patrol (“MSP”), a division of the Minnesota Department of Public Safety (“DPS”), intends to enter into an agreement with PlayFly Sports Properties, LLC (“PlayFly Sports”) contemplating sponsorship opportunities for MSP to facilitate exhibit/table space for its academy recruitment outreach efforts at Minnesota State High School League (“MSHSL”) events during the balance of State fiscal year 2026.
Minnesota State Patrol has deemed this to be a single source procurement as PlayFly Sports, through its partnership with MSHSL, has been granted exclusive rights to sell, manage, and fulfill corporate sponsorships on behalf of MSHSL, including on-site activations at all MSHSL championship events.
