Sole Source Justification - Johns Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory, University Affiliated Research Center

This Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) was issued sole source to Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab (JHU/APL) per the authority of FAR 6.302-3. This requirement will provide services to the Office of the Secretary of Defense to include analysis, research and development, and system engineering support. The future BOA Orders will be issued as Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee Completion or Term forms. The reserach and development nature of the requirement will likely experience changes throughout the life of the contract and cannot be described in a way to allow for a firm-fixed price contract as detailed in FAR Part 16.

This is a notification of the Government award of a sole source BOA to JHU/APL. This is NOT a request for proposals and requests for copies of the solicitation or contract documents in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
