This Addendum becomes a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding
Specifications, as noted below. This addendum consists of one (1) page. You must acknowledge
the Addendum on the Bid Proposal sheet. Failure to acknowledge Addendum(s) on the bid
sheet may subject the bidder to disqualification.
INVITATION TO BID
1. On page 2, the following changes need to be made.
To be deleted:
Specifications or additional details, (including bid forms), may be secured at the Business Office,
3115 Pole Line Road, Pocatello, Idaho, 83201.
To replace with:
Specifications, (including bid forms), may be secured at the Business Office, 3115 Pole Line
Road, Pocatello, Idaho, 83201.
2. A map of the floorplan will be provided at the mandatory pre-bid conference and walk-thru to
be held at the District Office, 3115 Pole Line Road, Pocatello, Idaho, on April 1, 2026 at 1:00 PM.
