Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide complete design and construction administration services for the construction of a new Solid Waste Division - Central Landfill Administration Building and the renovation of the existing Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Building into a Reuse Store and Vehicle Maintenance Facility at the Central Landfill in Palmer, Alaska.
