Description

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) invites you to submit a quote for RFQ # CORHQ-26-Q-0061 - FDIC - Aruba Hardware and software maintenance.



Offerors are required to utilize the Price Schedule (Section B Attachment) to populate all pricing for all the line items included in the RFQ. Terms and conditions, EULA, or MSA's shall be included with your quote response. Note: The FDIC prefers Government software terms and conditions. Offerors shall refer to Section L and Section M of the RFQ for all submission and evaluation criteria.



Each submission shall have the following components (preferably seperated in different volumes)



(c) Each offer shall be divided into five (5) separate parts:



1. Price Schedule/Quote (Using the Section B attachment provided in this posting)

2. Section K - Representation & Certifications

3. Software License Agreements, EULAs, MSAs or similar terms and

conditions

4. SCRM Information (See Clause 7.1.2-03 Pre-Award Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Information)

5. Subcontracting Plan (if proposing subcontractors)



Questions to the RFQ are due by 1pm EST February 17, 2026. All quote packges are due by 10am EST on February 23, 2026.
