| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
This project is for the comprehensive renovation/modernization of the existing kitchen and servery. The overall estimated project budget is $22,000,000. Construction Manager at Risk services shall be for preconstruction and construction services. Renovations shall consist of upgrading and modernizing the electrical, plumbing, fire alarm replacement, and other system to comply with the Building Code and ADA requirement. Preconstruction services will involve assisting the project team in program/budget analysis, scheduling, logistics and construction feasibility. Past successful performance on similar renovation and addition projects is critical.
