This Sources Sought Notice is to research the number of large and small businesses capable and interested in prospective procurement. The USG is seeking sources for the procurement of a flight-critical Lever, Remote Control, Spares, National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-01-264-2104, Part Number (P/N) 7-311525064-21, in support of the AH-64 Apache helicopter platform.
Estimated Quantity (QTY) 52 Each Minimum, 300 Each Maximum. The item will be ordered as needed over the period of performance and will support sustainment and readiness of the Apache fleet. Deliveries will be made to Army managed distribution depots within the continental United States, with potential for foreign military sales (FMS) shipments.
The Contractor shall furnish the Lever, Remote Control, National Stock Number (NSN) 1680-01-264-2104, Part Number (P/N) 7-311525064-21, in support of the AH-64 Apache helicopter platform.
Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule 12 months from date of award at a rate of 20 each / month.
Delivery Location: The specific delivery order will notate the delivery address.
This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract) with a 60-month period of performance with five-priced ordering periods.
The Government does NOT own the technical data package (TDP) for this action. The TDP is held by The Boeing Company (CAGE 8V613). Interested offers responding to this notice must demonstrate that they have access to the TDP or how the requirement can be accomplished without having this data available and without incurring significant additional cost.
