The project scope includes the removal of four existing rooftop HVAC units, along with associated roofing work, exhaust fans, ductwork, VAVâs, diffusers, ceiling grid, and acoustical tile. New rooftop units will be installed, with roofing curb adjustments made as necessary. Upgraded exhaust fans, New VAVâs, ductwork, diffusers, and ceiling systems will also be provided and coordinated with the mechanical components. Additionally, new HVAC controls will be installed and integrated. This scope also includes a set of plans for a training room renovation, which shall be treated as part of the overall contract documents.
