Ontario ATCT Office Trailer

This is a sources sought for the FAA to purchase a new portable office trailer. The trailer will be delivered, setup and installed at the FAA facility at Ontario Airport located at 1130 S Archibald Ave, Ontario, CA

Below are the minimum requirements,

• Size of trailer needs to comfortably accommodate 16 personnel to include power and comm for each person, FAA is open to layout suggestions
  
  
  
  • 3 draftsmen to include the printer for printing architectural drawings
  
  
  • 2 Basic office packages to include a desk, office chair and two side chairs
  
  
  • 11 Basic cubicles packages, minimum 6x6 to include desktops and 1 two drawer cabinet in each.
  
  
  
  


• ADA compliant required


• 2 metal exterior doors with keyed locks


• 6 windows


• Exterior Mounted Climate control Heat & A/C (Wall Pack)


• Paneled interior walls


• Vinyl floor


• Site is level, no slopes, ground is asphalt


• Building faces South


• No current unit disposal

FAA will provide source for unit to be hardwired to existing electrical. No trenching required. Power will be run above ground.

No bathroom or water will be required for this unit.

Unit cannot be storage container.
