Description:
SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University is looking for consultant to renovate Men’s and Women’s bathrooms from 3rd thru 8th floor, (there is no 4TH floor) including but not limited to removal of all fixtures, tiles from floors and walls, stalls, countertop and sinks, replace existing Hot and Cold-water Risers, vents and drains. Consultant to furnish construction documents for new Gender-Neutral bathrooms for each space and provide all required documentation for this renovation.
