Current contractor and cost: Clark Services for Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services. Parking lot sweeping cost per month $750.00 and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning cost per month $350.00
Total cost $39,600.00 for thirty-six (36) months
