Property Sweeping and Pressure Washing Services at the Visalia DMV Field Office.  Term:  Thirty-six (36) months (see Schedule of Events for proposed start date of contract).  See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services.

Estimated budget cost $36,720.00 for three (3) year term.

Current contractor and cost: Clark Services for Parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services. Parking lot sweeping cost per month $750.00 and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning cost per month $350.00

Total cost $39,600.00 for thirty-six (36) months
