NOTICE TO VETERANS INTEGRATED SERVICE NETWORK 21 (VISN 21)

MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) HOLDERS

Description: THE SOLCITATION IS TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).

Project specifications and all associated project documents shall be incorporated into the Task Order Proposal Request. See all attachments for details.

Site Visit: Monday, July 7, 2025, at 9:00 AM PDT. Location: Martinez VA Medical Center, 150 Muir Road, Martinez, CA 94553. Meet in front of building R3 with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) David Garcia. See attached picture for location of site visit.

RFI due date: All RFIs must be received no later than 8:00 AM PDT on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, using the attached RFI Form.

Offer due date: All offers must be received no later than 4:00 PM PDT on Tuesday, July 15th, 2025.
