Update Controls – Boiler 1
Description:

The State University of New York at Oneonta will receive sealed bids for project number 091147 titled Update Controls – Boiler 1 until 2:00 p.m. local time on October 7, 2025 the Facilities Planning Annex, 322 West Street, where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All work on this Contract is to be completed by August 15, 2026.

Complete sets of Contract Documents for bidding may be obtained from Dataflow, 2215 Central Ave., Schenectady, NY 12304, (518) 463-2192, bidsupport@godataflow.com , or through their website at www.nyplanroom.com. In order for your bid to be accepted, you must have purchased the bid documents from the above location.

Section 143 of the State Finance Law requires payment of a deposit to receive these documents. Contract documents can be purchased from Dataflow for $80.00 with credit card. Digital copies can be purchased for $49.00. Deposits will be waived for certified Minority and Women Owned and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses.

All questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding the contract documents are to be directed to: Cindy Lehr Cindy. Lehr@oneonta.edu and to Matthew Peritz Matthew.Peritz@rmf.com . The last day for questions or requests for clarification regarding the contract documents is September 29, 2025 by 2:00pm.

A project walk through will be held on September 23, 2025 at 11:00 am. Please meet at construction trailer at 322 West Street, Oneonta.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
