Lease of Farmland (93 acres) - PB Regional Business Airport

The City of Poplar Bluff, Missouri wishes to secure sealed quotations for the rental of 93 acres of farmland at the Poplar Bluff Regional Business Airport for a five-year period commencing April 1, 2026.

Information relative to this farmland may be obtained from the office of the City Clerk located at City Hall, 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The City of Poplar Bluff, by its authorized representatives, shall reserve the right to reject any or all quotations, to select the highest or best bid and to make decisions which they deem beneficial to the City of Poplar Bluff.

All bids should be sealed and delivered to the office of the City Clerk, 501 Vine Street, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901, on or before 10:00 a.m., Friday, March 20, 2026, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.  The envelope should be clearly marked “Bid on Farmland at Poplar Bluff Regional Business Airport.”
