Description:

Hutchings Psychiatric Center is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the roofs at 1229 Glenwood Ave, Syracuse, NY and 5662 Thompson Road, Syracuse, NY

Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Monday, September 15th, 2025.

There is an Optional Site Visit at 10:00 AM ET on, Tuesday, September 16th, 2025.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET, Thursday September 25th, 2025.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Thursday October 2nd, 2025. The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM ET Thursday October 9th, 2025. No late bids will be accepted.
