Description: Stony Brook University Hospital intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), to Upgrade Seminar Room and related items, which authorizes purchases without a formal competitive process in certain circumstances. Interested parties should contact the Officer listed below to discuss this opportunity within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency. Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a, and valid/current NYS Workman Compensation and Disability Forms.
