The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for the operation and staffing of a Regional Wisconsin Family Connections Center: Resources and Support for Families with Out-of-Home Care Involvement, hereinafter referred to as the Regional Wisconsin Family Connections Centers. Interested parties may include non-profits, county agencies, tribal agencies, and other organizations.
