The purpose of this document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a proposal for the operation and staffing of the Statewide Wisconsin Family Connections Center: Resources and Support for Families with Out –of Home Care Involvement, hereafter referred to as the Statewide Wisconsin Family Connections Center. Interested parties may include non-profits, county agencies, tribal agencies, and other organizations.
