Update 2/26/2026: This solicitation is extended to 12 March 2026. Drawings and photograph are being made available to all interested parties through DOD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/). See attached Amendment 0004.
UPDATE 02/09/2026: Due to a significantly high volume of questions and the time required to clear drawings and photographs for release, the Government will be extending the solicitation due date. An amendment will be issued on or before Thursday February 12, 2026 for the extension. Questions and answers along with additional drawings, revisisions to the statements of works, and revisions to the solicitation will be provided as soon as possible.

Notice to all interested parties: The site visit is rescheduled for 28 January 2026 at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time. Visitor request forms are due no later than 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time 22 January 2026. See Page 96, Section L #11 of the attached RFP for specific details.
This is a 100% 8(a) small business set-aside to establish a multiple-award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) firm-fixed price construction contract.
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, quality control and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform facilities alteration, repair, maintenance, & minor construction of infrastructure, facilities, and interior/exterior utility systems under a multiple award task order contract (MATOC). Requirements under this contract will include alteration, repair, maintenance, minor construction, demolition of interior and exterior real property, utility systems, grounds improvements, pavements, installation of new equipment, and any other work covered by the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), and the design and engineering work required of such requirements for the Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) and any of its tenant organizations or customers. This contract shall not be used for construction work that meets the threshold or requirement for Military Construction (MILCON) appropriations.
