SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE
The Air Force Test Center’s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB) located in Tennessee is seeking sources that are interested in and capable of meeting the Government’s requirement to procure and integrate the necessary systems and infrastructure to conduct Force & Moment (F&M) measurements in a wind tunnel at Arnold AFB, TN.

INTRODUCTION:
The Government requires design, procurement and integration of systems and infrastructure to conduct F&M including (1) multi-degree-of-freedom actuated model positioning system, (2) “half-span” balance for measuring loads on test articles and (3) external balance for measuring loads on acreage panels. Details may be found in the attached DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) and Technical Requirements documents.

The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; however, other recommendations will be considered.
