This refers to solicitation No-191N6526Q0115 (Supply, Install, Test and Commissioning AV Equipment). Thank you for those attended site inspection, held on 16th September 2026 at American Center Building.

Please find attached SF-30 for amendment of solicitation for your ready reference. The purpose of this amendment is for the following:

Based on discussion at the site; please find attached Annexture-A (Updated Statement of work)

Quotation Submission:

• Deadline: On or before 22nd September 2026 (India Time). All quotations must be received by this deadline. No quote will be accepted after this time.


• Submission Method: Your quotation must be submitted electronically at newdelhibids@state.gov Quotation submitted to any other e-mail address will not be considered for evaluation. Please refer to the solicitation for complete details.


• Email Subject Line: “Solicitation-191N6526Q0115 for “Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Audio- Visual Equipment”

Important:

• The file size must not exceed 10MB.


• If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each.


• Do not send quotation via courier or to any other email address.


• Quotations that are incomplete, submitted incorrectly, or received after the given deadline will be rejected and handled in accordance with FAR provision 52.212-1(f)
