The Mercer County Department of Human Services, Office on Homeless Services, is accepting proposals for Mercer County Social Services to the Homeless (SSH) Intensive Case Management (ICM) Services for a one-year period from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.

Funding will be made available in the following service category for activities that help various populations in Mercer County:

  • Intensive Case Management (ICM) Services:

Funding in the amount of $110,000.00 SSH-ICM funds are available for an agency to provide supportive service to Emergency Assistance (EA) recipients who are being closed for exhausting their total Emergency Assistance (EA) time limit. These Mercer County residents are Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients that received Emergency Assistance (EA) through the Housing Assistance Program (HAP) or are Work First New Jersey (WFNJ) recipients receiving Emergency Assistance (EA) through the Housing Hardship Extension (HHE).

The funding allocation is contingent upon the availability of funding in the 2025 FY State of New Jersey Budget.
