REQUEST FOR INFORMATION – GOLF DRIVING RANGE

SYNOPSIS:
The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR), a nonappropriated fund instrumentality (NAFI) of the Department of the Army, invites contractors to submit responses to this Request for Information (RFI) to design-build a golf driving range aboard Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna, New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. This RFI is issued in accordance with Army Regulation 215-4 to gather information to assist in planning for potential future procurement.

Interested vendors are invited to submit the following information to assist DLA MWR in planning for this potential event:
Overview:
The Riverview Golf Course on the Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna has a need for a driving range along Mifflin Avenue, across the street from Building 430. Please see appendix A for the location and overview. A new electrical service to power the required ball dispenser, a vending machine, and associated lighting will be required to support the new driving range operation. In addition, driving range netting to protect vehicles in a nearby parking lot, north of the new driving range, will be required. All supporting structures, netting system, conduit, conductors, panelboards, meters, circuit breakers, receptacles, ground rods, and all related appurtenances will be required to support the new operation.
